About Me

Hi! That's me, Lizz! I'm 24 years old. I'm not terribly interesting so I will try
to keep this as short & sweet as possible.

I used to blog and do reviews with my mom over at Dreaming Dreams Blog but decided to do my own thing over here.

I love books..mostly YA..the angsty ones filled with social issues.
I'm not big on the paranormal romance genre but I will literally read anything & firmly believe
every book deserves a chance!
I am also addicted to Cracked.com articles..I could spend hours on there.

I also love music. All sorts! I love 90s alternative, Pop Punk, K-Pop, Classic Rock,
& Pop music the most. I also do like some screamy/hard rock stuff, a little bit of indie, and I can rap a few Nelly songs if my life depended on it.
I also love acoustic versions of songs & covers of songs. Not sure why..but its just such a soft spot for me!

Other than music and books I do enjoy watching tv..by watching tv I mean obsessing with tv series. I can't even begin to name off all the shows I am horribly involved with. Some of my favorites are Korean Dramas, The Real Housewives series, Vampire Diaries, Parks & Rec, Awkward, Hannibal, New Girl,  MTVs The Challenge, Top Chef, American Horror Story, & I hate to say it but freakin' Duck Dynasty. I have a weird thing for Willie, okay?!
If I'm not watching new shows then I am watching seasons of shows I have seen a million times like The OC, One Tree Hill, Skins, Misfits, & My Mad Fat Diary. 

Other than indulging myself in those top 3 things you can usually find me cooking or baking. I absolutely love to cook..more like cater. Haha! I love being able to cook a huge meal for tons of people. I plan to attend Culinary school in the fall to make this hobby into a career.

I also like to occasionally attend concerts although I don't do that as much as I used to because honestly big crowds irritate me. I'm not much of an outdoorslady but I love museums, zoos, aquariums, & planetariums.

When I say I'm a nerd..I really mean I'm a nerd. Not just because I love anime, manga, cosplay, & video games but because I literally love Science! I love astronomy, geology, physics, biology, botany, & zoology! I love to read articles on Science accomplishments and will research things all day long if possible. Other than things that I like to do, I'll tell you a bit more about me personally.
I'm divorced. Twice. Yep. Haha. Not my proudest accomplishment but hey, someone has to hold the title. 

I'm currently in a relationship with an amazing man now for 13 months.
It is my first REAL healthy relationship!
He is amazing & my best friend.
I could write a novel about how much I love him but I will spare you. 

I also have a lovely 5 year old daughter. She is my everything! She is also a book lover, music lover, & loves to learn about Science things too! I really feel like she will be a physics major because I love going into the bathroom and seeing math equations written in bath crayons all over the walls. 

I am also the mommy to two spoiled pups, Bailey & Zoey. They are a handful and a mess but I love them very much!
